Every order moves through one fixed path: the buyer pays, the seller ships within 2 days, the pair is received at the Rueaura hub, authenticated pass or fail, shipped to the buyer, and the seller is paid.

Buyers pay at checkout. Sellers ship within 2 days to the Rueaura hub, where each pair is authenticated before it moves on.

Payment covers the price, the authentication fee, and shipping.

The seller sends the pair with a prepaid label to the Rueaura hub.

The hub logs arrival and assigns the pair to an authentication slot.

A pair that passes ships to the buyer. A pair that fails triggers a full buyer refund.

The authenticated pair leaves the hub for the buyer, and delivery closes the order.

At the Rueaura hub, a tablet-based authentication centre guides the inspector through each step. The inspector scans the order code to open the record.

The checklist covers condition, materials, stitching, and labelling. Photos are captured at each required point, and the inspector records pass or fail reasons.

Once a verdict is set, a tag code is applied to the pair. A failed pair is refunded to the buyer in full.

Sellers join as individuals or professionals. Each account is set up once, then every listing shows the net payout before it goes live.
